Let’s talk about the thing no one puts on their business plan.

 

Not your strategy.

Not your offer.
Not your pricing.
Your thoughts.

You don’t build your business based on what’s possible.
You build it based on what you believe is possible for you.

What Limiting Beliefs Actually Look Like:

They’re sneaky.
They don’t show up as:
“I have limiting beliefs.”

They show up as:

The Real Problem

Limiting beliefs don’t just live in your head.
They show up in your business as:
not posting consistently
not selling clearly
overcomplicating offers
staying stuck in “planning mode”
Your business isn’t stuck.
Your thinking is.

Step 1: Identify the Thought (Not the Excuse)

Next time you hesitate, ask:

“What am I actually afraid of right now?”
Not the surface answer.
The real one.

Example:
“I need to improve my website”
Translation:
“I’m scared people won’t buy.”
That’s the belief.
Now we can work with it.

 

Step 2: Challenge It (Gently, Not Aggressively)

You don’t need to go full “I am unstoppable” mode.

Just ask:
“Is this actually true?”
“What evidence do I have?”
“What would I do if I didn’t believe this?”
This creates space between you and the thought.

Step 3: Take Small Action Anyway

This is the part most people skip.

You don’t eliminate limiting beliefs first.
You act in spite of them.
That’s how they lose power.
